What can you expect from a treatment?
Each treatment session takes approximately one hour commencing with a brief consultation and if the treatment is for the feet then a relaxing foot bath. This treatment can also be done in most locations using antiseptic wipes.
Gentle but firm pressure is then applied to the reflexes resulting in a heavenly foot or hand massage. Through the course of a session, you may experience that certain parts of your foot or hand may be sensitive or tender. This is quite normal, and as you continue to have treatments you will find that this tenderness and sensitivity will ease and even disappear.
