Cancellation & Missed Session Policy

At CC-Inc we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, car problems, snow on the line, and illness are just a few of the reasons why one might consider cancelling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for reserving my time and exclusiveness for your session, we have adopted the following policies:  

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel please give 24 hours notice as this gives time to offer the appointment to others.

Bookings cancelled with 24 hours or more incur no charge.

Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice incur a 100% charge.

Missed Session Policy

If you miss your appointment for what ever reason you will incur a 100% charge (If  it is an emergency, or you are taken ill, please let me know immediately, I am a reasonable person and depending on the situation I may be willing to waive the charge this time).

NOTE:

Invoices for charges incurred due to missed or late cancellations will be sent out (if not already been paid for) and you agree to honour these, by having already booked your session.
