Our Contract

When you place an order to purchase a product from CC-Inc, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, unless the email you provided is invalid or the web hosting server has an error. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

Availability and delivery

All Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to change any packaging material used. Shipping information policy

Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable

The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Products will pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products.

All prices are listed in GBP. "Our Price", as displayed but exclude Shipping and delivery costs which will be added to the total amount due in your shopping basket (as detailed in our Shipping information policy)

All prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT at current rate. The UK VAT rate on books sold is 0%.

Confirming Price

Items in your Shopping Basket will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your basket. Placing an item in your basket does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your basket and the time you purchase it.

With respect to items sold by CC-Inc, we cannot confirm the price of an item until we receive your order.

What we do about mis-pricing

Despite our efforts, a small number of our products may be mis-priced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures.

If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product.

If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
